**Substantiate Antimicrobial Claims and Drive Innovation**
You will play a vital role in the development of new products across categories, especially personal care and surface care brands. Your expertise will be crucial in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects and driving innovation.
In this role, you will:
- Support New Product Development teams in evaluating the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products.
- Independently plan and conduct experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial performance of prototype formulations and finished products.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of R&D laboratory procedures and best practices.
- Maintain lab records in compliance with Microbiology Laboratory and Global Quality standards.
- Liaise with external laboratories in a professional and productive manner to ensure delivery of results on time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products.

**Requirements:**
You must have experience of conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations using global standards like EN, ASTM and ISO, preferably EN1276, EN1650, EN13697, etc. You should also have good communication skills and be able to interact effectively with the global team members.
