Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed consultations, reviewing medical histories and ensuring accurate electronic medical record documentation.
  • Educating patients on IV protocols, regenerative therapies and treatment plans in clear and empathetic language is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have flawless IV line insertion skills, ensuring pain-free experiences for patients every time.
  • Oversight of IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration in compliance with established protocols is crucial.
  • Supporting physicians in minor procedures, regenerative injectables and surgical preparation when needed is also essential.
  • Patient vitals monitoring, identifying early warning signs and acting quickly in emergencies are vital responsibilities.
  • Patient preparation for procedures, complete pre-treatment clearances and education are critical aspects of this role.
  • Providing post-infusion guidance, including hydration, medication and activity instructions is also important.
  • Frequent follow-up on recovery progress and seamless patient handover for continuing care are required.
  • Collaboration with nurses, therapists and front desk staff ensures smooth patient journeys.
  • Participation in skill-upgrading sessions, mock drills and ongoing training maintains top-tier clinical performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in BHMS, BAMS or MBBS with valid registration under the relevant council is necessary.
  • 3-7 years of clinical experience, including proven hands-on expertise in IV cannulation, exposure to ICU/critical care environments and emergency management protocols, and experience assisting in surgical or procedural setups.
