Job Title: Tech Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead data scraping engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT scraping, with at least 2 years leading a team of 5+ developers.

The successful candidate will design and develop scalable data scraping solutions using tools like Scrapy and Python libraries. They will also lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, managing project timelines and deliverables.

In this role, you will implement advanced blocking and captcha-solving techniques to bypass scraping restrictions. You will conduct source code reverse engineering and automate web and app interactions.

You will be responsible for managing proxies, IP rotation, and SSL unpinning to ensure effective scraping. Additionally, you will maintain and improve API integrations and data pipelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable data scraping solutions using Python libraries and tools like Scrapy.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Advanced knowledge of blocking and captcha-solving techniques, as well as source code reverse engineering and automation.
