We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Lead to join our team at MapOut Digital Solutions Inc. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled DevOps professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company. As an AWS DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices, leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers, designing and implementing highly available and scalable AWS solutions, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Develop and implement AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers
- Design and implement highly available and scalable AWS solutions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, CloudFormation, etc.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
