Job Description

You will design tests that expose weaknesses in storage tiering, kernel interactions, and edge cases. You will find flaws early through shift-left testing, fault injection, fuzzing, and adversarial approaches.

You will automate chaos by building test frameworks to simulate filesystem corruption, kernel panics, and recovery scenarios. You will push systems to fail by artificially inducing I/O storms, memory leaks, and resource starvation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-haves include 5+ years of experience testing storage systems, filesystems, or cloud infrastructure. You must have hands-on experience with Linux/Windows storage stacks and benchmarking tools (fio, vdbench). Strong scripting skills in Java/Python/Bash/Go and test automation experience are also required.

Familiarity with kernel debugging (strace, eBPF, WinDbg) and experience with cloud storage platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) are essential.
