Role Summary:
- Designation: Group Head - Art
- Total experience needed: 5-7 years
- Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Execute creative concepts with the copy partner at the direction of the Creative Director
- Develop ad designs and visualizations that capture the essence of our brand
- Leverage a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums to create engaging content
- Maintain a breadth of style and design capability while staying up-to-date with the latest trends
- Quickly conceptualize ideas that showcase our brand's tone and position
- Present big ideas to clients using various techniques
- Ensure the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
- Provide insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client's business
- Lead, motivate, and develop the design team
- Act as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable design school (added advantage)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a team of 10-12 people
- Crisis management skills
- Good TAT, strong design aesthetic, and referencing
- Presentation skills
- Mentorship and training skills
