As a seasoned Java Backend developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge software solutions that meet our clients' evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, Implement: Create software solutions that address complex business challenges through innovative and engineering best practices.
  • SDLC Expertise: Contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, architectural standards integration, application design documentation, technical requirement translation, and software module development or enhancement.
  • Code Review and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with peers to ensure alignment with predefined architectural specifications, identify and resolve code-related issues, and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
  • Project Planning: Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements, outline proposed solutions, and drive project success.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend development.
  • Strong technical background in JAVA, Spring stack.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) advantage NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.).
  • Experience in building Microservices.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
  • Proficient in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
  • Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools.
  • Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
  • Agile and Kanban process expertise.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Good education background required, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study.
