We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative cloud solutions using Microsoft Power Pages and the Power Platform.

This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex websites and applications.

Key Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for building end-to-end cloud solutions.
  • Data Modeling: Advanced data modeling capabilities using Microsoft Dataverse, including entity, field, and relationship customization.
  • Programming: Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid for custom user experience and front-end extensibility.
  • Automation: Proficiency in building end-to-end automation using Power Automate flows and workflow expressions.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead Development Teams: Manage and mentor junior developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  3. Ensure Security and Compliance: Configure user roles, secure authentication protocols, authorization, and compliance to protect portal and data at enterprise level.
  4. Implement Application Lifecycle Management: Apply source control, solution packaging, deployment automation, and use Power Platform CLI or Azure DevOps pipelines for robust CI/CD and environment management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-8 years in Power Pages experience and overall PP experience of more than 12 years.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications (such as PL-400, Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly regarded and often required.
