Student Experience Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and parents, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Students and Parents: Address concerns and refund requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
  2. Mentor Students: Ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Tech, and Academy teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated TAT.
  4. Customer-Facing Requirements: Take ownership of all ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
  • Skillset: Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple channels, and passion for education.
