The role involves working collaboratively with a leading beauty brand to develop stunning and effective needs-based content and digital media campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing insights and strategic responses to briefs
  • Championing a 'mobile first' and short-form content agenda
  • Evaluating ideas and concepts against Unilever best practice
  • Establishing effective 'ways of working' with internal teams and specialist partners
  • Acting as a content expert and advocate within the organization
  • Advising on approaches to effective Content Strategies
  • Managing stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops
  • Driving scalable content effectiveness
  • Working with internal insight functions to develop measurement approaches and frameworks

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a Strategy role with Content Strategy as a core function
  • Strong understanding of Content Marketing and related technologies
  • Ability to present and justify work based on robust insights
  • Passionate about all things related to Content and keeping up-to-date with trends and technological advances
  • Proven experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
