A SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is needed to resolve change requests and incidents related to various sub-modules. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and experience in at least two or more of the following modules:

  • Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
  • Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences)
  • Payroll (India)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
  • Compensation

The role also requires hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, along with basic knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll modules. Strong integration skills, especially within SuccessFactors and SF to SAP & vice versa, are essential.

Key responsibilities include resolving configuration changes and integration issues globally, including in India, as well as coordinating with the technical team for custom requirements. A strong educational background, preferably a diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree from a recognized university, is preferred.

This position demands a team player with excellent communication skills, able to deliver assigned work packages effectively. The selected candidate must have a minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
