Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Accommodation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless student experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with students, providing them with personalized accommodation recommendations, and guiding them through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Understand students' unique requirements, provide tailored solutions.
  • Build knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Supply teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Accurately record and manage customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or related field preferred.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service preferred.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
