We are seeking an accomplished Research Director to spearhead our team at a leading Indian consumer insights company in Bengaluru.

We are part of a renowned multidiscipline marketing communications and services group serving clients across India and the USA.

Our team of over 1,500 professionals serves 250+ clients across various categories, making us India's leading multidiscipline marketing communications and services group.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective Quantitative research strategy
  • Manage client relationships, focusing on retention and growth
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Drive annual revenue goals through comprehensive strategies
  • Lead, manage, and develop the research team
  • Collaborate with global and regional research teams

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in building relationships and delivering on client commitments
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills

Qualification: Post Graduation or equivalent degree

Experience required: 8-10 years of prior market research experience with well-known organizations
