Job Overview

This is a full-time position requiring at least 8 years of experience in consulting, product management, or financial services.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chartered Accountancy and/or an MBA.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex change projects in the financial and regulatory reporting space, with a proven track record of continuous process improvements through technology and non-technology solutions.
  • Lead implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, insurance companies, covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting.
  • Develop detailed project plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies, while coordinating stakeholders.
  • Explain product features to clients and lead client conversations on business requirements.
  • Design and lead the development of solutions covering data management, computations, and end-state reporting outputs.
  • Foster a proactive approach to process improvement and query resolution.
  • Understand financial products and their impact on reporting requirements, as well as the broader financial services business.
  • Cultivate a total client relationship, managing provision of end-to-end delivery of solutions to existing and new clients.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regular status reports for management.
  • Lead team mentoring, project management, and client delivery.
  • Drive daily execution of assigned client projects.
  • Understand client businesses, key strategic essentials, industry dynamics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and value generation.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, product management, or financial services.
  • Strong background in Chartered Accountancy and/or an MBA.
