About our Supply Chain Transformation:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to spearhead the transformation of Demand Planning at a global level, driving digitalization and innovation in our Supply Chain.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, physics, or engineering, with a master's degree in business or data analytics.

Proven experience as a data scientist is essential, with a track record of creating and deploying successful machine learning models.

You will work closely with cross-country demand planning teams, IS/IT project managers, and supply chain cross-functions to ensure seamless collaboration and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning core models and analytics behind them
  • Understand and capture cross-country needs
  • Develop a common approach for scalable machine learning models for demand planning teams in different countries
  • Support analytics needs for adoption of machine learning models
  • Build outstanding best-in-class machine learning models for Demand Planning that can cope with complex and less stable environments

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Mathematics/Physics/Engineering with a master's in business/data analytics or proven track record on Data Science
  • Proven track record of minimum 5 years as a data scientist
  • Great analytical skills
  • Coding capabilities in R and/or Python
  • Relationship/network builder
  • Change management
  • Project management
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement
