Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the user experience and interface design for our core product while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites built on Webflow.
  • Create intuitive, user-centric product designs in Figma and build complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites in Webflow.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Webflow to join our team. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of translating complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.

Job Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
