Embedded Software Engineer for AI/ML Systems

This is a highly challenging and rewarding software development role where you will design, implement, and optimize embedded software solutions for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) workloads on various platforms. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Linux-based environments, writing integration libraries, and enabling containerized deployment of applications on constrained edge devices.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in C, C++, and Python programming languages, as well as a deep understanding of Linux system internals, drivers, and kernel tuning. Proficiency in Docker and containerized workflows is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, TensorRT, and Xilinx Vitis AI / OpenCL. They will be able to develop pipelines for automated testing and deployment of embedded software builds, maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and deployment practices, and support partner satellite companies in deploying our dockerized products.

The role involves configuring and managing Linux environments, integrating ML models into embedded systems, working with data science teams to enable deployment on resource-constrained hardware, and leveraging various technologies to accelerate workloads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux system internals, drivers, and kernel tuning.
  • Proven experience with Docker and containerized workflows.
  • Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, TensorRT, and Xilinx Vitis AI / OpenCL.
  • Familiarity with edge AI/ML workloads, model deployment, and performance optimization.
