Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional who will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) using advanced automation tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Automate business processes through intelligent workflows and training support systems.
  • Develop simulation tools to enhance job-specific performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for automation adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal automation strategy and best practices.
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in automation and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of automation adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in automation implementation, process optimization, and workflow design.
  • Experience working with advanced automation tools, including prompt engineering and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how automation can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with automation integrations, large language models, or related platforms is a strong plus.
