Residential Building Site Management Job

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of all facility-related and administrative support services at a residential building site. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to ensure high standards of operations, maintenance, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Makes periodic inspections to determine if janitorial, security, and other services are adequate.
  • Reviews safety and security equipment and procedures for adequacy.
  • Assigns and reviews work of subordinates, gives instructions, maintains discipline, and resolves difficult problems.
  • Innovates, suggests, and implements energy management ideas.
  • Oversees the inventory, rental, repair, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintains compliance with departmental security audit procedures and client management policy.
  • Manages residential building services needed to support department operations.
  • Establishes and maintains essential records and files.
  • Coodinates with local authorities on behalf of the client.
  • Supervises staff involved in performing functions of assigned units.
  • Develops and establishes policies and objectives consistent with those of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: degree holder with 5+ years of experience in residential building management.
  • Thorough knowledge of computers and software using standard or customized software applications.
  • Ability to train, assign, organize, prioritize, motivate, supervise, and evaluate work of assigned employees and contractors.
  • Ability to use logical and creative thought processes to develop solutions for short-term and long-term building systems needs.
  • Ability to prepare and present accurate and reliable reports containing findings and recommendations.
