Technical Lead for Office 365 Administration

This role involves overseeing the management and support of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Office 365 services to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Plan and execute migrations, updates, and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Office 365 configurations and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services, collaborating with IT professionals as needed.
  • Monitor and manage service health and incident management for Office 365.
  • Implement and manage multi-factor authentication and other security measures.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Azure and on-premise Active Directory.
  • Experience with AADConnect and directory synchronization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with IT professionals and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest Office 365 features and updates.
  • Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes.
  • Experience with Office 365 groups and distribution lists.
