Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Claims Support Executive. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing claims, and resolving product or service problems.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. You will also oversee the end-to-end support for cashless claims processing, guiding customers through the process and ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- - Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a positive and effective manner.
- - Identify and assess customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Claims Management:
- - Manage end-to-end support for cashless claims processing.
- - Guide customers on claim submission requirements.
- - Coordinate with hospitals, insurance teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Problem Resolution:
- - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure a complete resolution.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
