Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management:
  •   - Manage end-to-end support for cashless claims processing.
  •   - Guide customers on claim submission requirements.
  •   - Coordinate with hospitals, insurance teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Problem Resolution:
  •   - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure a complete resolution.
