Job Title: Digital Logic Architect

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Logic Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing high-performance digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms on Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Architecture Development: Define DSP, System, and Board architecture based on customer requirements.
  2. Project Ownership: Own projects from concept to delivery, including risk identification, dependency management, and project schedule tracking.
  3. Algorithm Partitioning: Partition algorithms for implementation in FPGA and/or software, identifying building blocks and signal processing functions.
  4. Resource Estimation: Provide estimates on FPGA resources, computation bandwidth, and memory bandwidth.
  5. Design Development: Develop module-level details from architecture, coding, simulation, and peer review, applying design, verification, and validation methodologies.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain project-related documentation, including design documents with detailed analysis reports.
  7. Customer Support: Support customers during integration phases at test sites and assist production teams.
  8. RTL Function Architecture: Define the architecture of RTL functions.
  9. HDL Coding and Simulation: Perform HDL coding, simulation, and implementation.
  10. Hardware Debugging: Test on board and debug hardware designs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in VHDL, Xilinx tools, and thorough understanding of Xilinx FPGAs. They should also have skills in functional simulation, hardware design, logic design, and debugging. Experience with FPGA design, VHDL/Verilog RTL coding, system C/System Verilog, and FPGA synthesis & PAR tools is highly valued.
