We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Analyst to join our Fixed Income team in Mumbai, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing various Indian debt instruments, including corporate bonds, money market instruments, government securities, state development loans, and Treasury bills.
They will also construct and review yield curves across issuers, sectors, and rating categories, and establish strong networks with market participants.
Additionally, they will source and analyze trades/pricing data received from various market sources for the purpose of valuations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Valuation of debt instruments using established models
- Construction and review of yield curves
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with market participants
- Sourcing and analyzing trades/pricing data
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong analytical skills and fixed income fundamentals knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fixed income dealing experience in CP, CD, and corporate bonds in Indian debt markets
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and VBA
- A strong connect with market participants, including fund managers, arrangers, PDs, issuers, brokers, etc.
