Bancassurance Consultant

Candidates with experience in Life Insurance are preferred for this role. The selected individual will be responsible for customers acquisition through the resource utilization of banks database, footfalls, and generated prospects.

• Sales completion is a key responsibility, facilitated by completing medical reports and ensuring prompt issue of policy documents.
• The role involves exploring opportunities to develop new markets or segments in line with the company sales strategy from time to time.
• Supporting other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams by coaching them on company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills is also a part of this job.

A successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in insurance sales in any channel, preferably from the insurance or banking industry.

• Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory for this position.
• Graduation is a must; a good track record and employment stability are also required.
