Cloud Engineer Job Opportunity

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our organization. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about cloud technologies, customer experience platforms, and building scalable solutions.

  • Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Support integration of cloud services with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.).
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement call flows, routing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Work on testing, documentation, and maintenance of contact center environments.
  • Learn and apply best practices for AWS security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Provide support in user training and onboarding for contact center platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based telephony / contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots).
  • Understanding of programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are beneficial:

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Associate certification.
  • Exposure to Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, Polly, or other conversational AI platforms.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
  • Internship or project experience in cloud or contact center technologies.
