LLM Machine Learning Engineer

As a seasoned machine learning engineer, we are seeking an exceptional professional to spearhead the development and deployment of large language models.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building machine learning models and systems, with a strong background in generative AI and LLM prompt engineering. They will be responsible for leading the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models, leveraging techniques like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based architectures.
- Developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Maintaining high-quality, efficient code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices
- Aiding in the deployment of GenAI applications on cloud platforms, ensuring robust CI/CD processes and optimizing resource usage
- Collaborating closely with product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI products
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL
- Understanding of cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
