Project Architect

\Helpers are required to excel in our Architectural Design Team as a \\Project Architect\\. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, and project coordination.\
  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
\Responsibilities:\
  1. \
  2. Planning & designing in AutoCad, preparing municipal drawings\
  3. Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in AutoCad\
  4. Preparation of Project Reports / Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the architectural team/ CEO/ MD\
  5. Presentation of Plans & feasibilities to Society/ Clients.\
  6. Reporting on Progress of project\
  7. Experience in reading Property Documents / Land records etc. required in redevelopment\
  8. Basic understanding of Legal Documents / Title Documents etc.\
  9. Preparing & Finalizing Project Tender & BOQ.\
  10. Health insurance\
  11. Leave encashment
