Brand Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to represent our cinema property in Gurugram as the face of our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, staff, and customers, while driving positive brand visibility through on-ground presence, social media influence, and community engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of our cinema - interact with building management, staff, and customers.
  • Ensure customer delight while addressing concerns with empathy.
  • Promote our property on social media & engage influencers.
  • Organize events, activations, and special previews.
  • Keep our brand aspirational and always in the spotlight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing / PR / Hospitality / Media.
  • An active Instagram profile with 10K+ followers.
  • A pleasing, positive personality with excellent communication.
  • Strong PR & influencer connections.
  • Flexible working hours and a passion for cinema & entertainment.
