Renewable Energy Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of corporate records, statutory registers, and regulatory filings.
  • Assist with board meetings including preparation of agendas, minutes, resolutions, and reports.
  • Manage filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and track regulatory updates.
  • Support project documentation including contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on statutory matters.
  • Prepare and review compliance certificates and periodic reports.
  • Support investor-related compliance and due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and related corporate laws.
  • Proficiency in MCA21 portal and legal documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
  • Well-versed with MS Office and document management tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with high attention to detail.
