Embedded Firmware Engineer Opportunity

You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing firmware for IoT devices, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance in diverse operational environments.

  • Collaborate in an Agile firmware development environment to deliver high-quality solutions for Serial, I2C, SPI, and Ethernet hardware modules.
  • Expert-level skills in modern C/C++ coding practices.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data theory.
  • Comprehension of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and best practices.
  • Experience in embedded systems development.
  • Knowledge of electronic concepts, topologies, and components.
  • Ability to read and understand advanced technical documentation and data.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize firmware for IoT devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share innovative ideas and improve development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and firmware issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into firmware development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in firmware development using C.
  • Proficient in Nordic Connect (Zephyr RTOS) and Nordic SDK.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in embedded systems, including memory management, data structures, algorithms, and networking.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a focus on embedded systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
