Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor (E&I) to oversee the implementation of quality standards in our electrical and instrumentation projects.

This role involves developing quality procedures, conducting regular inspections and audits, leading a team of QA professionals, and preparing quality documentation and reports for project stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for electrical and instrumentation projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead the QA team in identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure quality requirements are met during project execution.
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff on quality control best practices and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in QA roles within the electrical and instrumentation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001).
  • Proficient in quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA).
  • Experience with inspection and testing techniques for electrical and instrumentation components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve quality processes.
