Job Title: Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee our treasury and cash management operations. The successful candidate will have in-depth finance knowledge and experience in treasury with collateral management and financing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle margin calls, monitor short-term liquidity of funds, and understand the portfolio's financing structure and dynamics.
  • Understand various margining methodologies for agreements in a portfolio and track internal views of margin.
  • Implement end-to-end margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information.
  • Onboard new clients by gathering requirements and showcasing capabilities.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations, identify their needs, articulate offering scope, and escalate issues timely.
  • Enhance knowledge on the Client platform and industry.
  • Perform data gathering, GAP analysis, mapping, data transformation, loading, reconciliation, BAU activities setup, and client parallel support.
  • Work with technology teams to assist in special projects, develop bespoke reports, develop specifications, product implementation, and UAT.
  • Oversee Treasury and Cash Management operations for optimal liquidity and funding strategies.
  • Manage collateral and liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities.
  • Monitor and respond to margin calls timely and accurately.
  • Support and coordinate securities lending transactions to maximize asset utilization.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury with in-depth finance knowledge.
  • Collateral management and financing agreements, margin methodologies, securities lending, and borrowing experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Knowledge of Margin Calls, Security Lending, and Treasury/Cash Management.
  • Proven track record of handling projects and improving processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros/Python is a plus.
