Job Title: Experienced Unreal Engine Developer

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Engine developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • The role involves developing high-quality 3D single-player and multiplayer games for PC, Xbox, and VR using the Unreal Engine.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining gameplay features using Blueprints and C++.
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to prototype and polish game mechanics.
  • Optimizing game performance specifically for PC platforms is also an essential part of this role.
  • This position requires experience with AI, UI, and networking features.
  • Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and refactoring code for maintainability and scalability is necessary.
  • A solid grasp of version control systems (Gitlab, Bitbucket) and knowledge of Unreals Multiplayer and Networking systems are also required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Unreal Engine 5.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming and Unreal Blueprints.
  • Understanding of gameplay systems, input handling, and player mechanics.
  • Experience with performance optimization for PC hardware (GPU/CPU profiling, LODs, shaders).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.

This role requires shipping one or more PC games.
