About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our CNS business.

  • Promote CNS-focused products to healthcare professionals across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and educational programs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in CNS or neuropsychiatric segment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally.
