Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages such as Asian and European languages.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related field
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation
