Job Title: Information Security Manager
Job Summary:
K & R Enterprises is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead our organization's Information Security Practice and spearhead the ISO27001 certification process. As the champion for information security, you will be responsible for achieving, maintaining, and continuously improving our organization's Information Security and Cyber Resilience posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for audits and assessments from certifying authorities.
- Independently write policies, processes, conduct risk assessments, create risk matrices, and report to management on residual risk.
- Create detailed data templates for all datasets in the organization and monitor access on a need-to-know basis with regular reviews.
- Guide other stakeholders in implementing and managing ISMS.
Requirements:
- At least 8 to 12 years of total experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an Information Security Manager/Sr Information Security Officer.
- Good understanding of compliance norms mandated by SEBI, RBI.
- Current and active certification in CISA/CISM/CRISC or equivalent professional certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT/Computer Science discipline.
- Good soft skills.
