Job Title: Oracle EPM Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Hyperion Planning.
  • 6+ successful end-to-end implementations in PBCS and Hyperion Planning.
  • Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
  • Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.
  • Functional understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong understanding of integration capabilities with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Create project documents like test scripts, integration configuration documents, manuals, etc.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or MCA by qualification.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great presentation skills to articulate business and technologies to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
  • Confident and assertive.
  • Open for long-term travel based on project needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, and Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
