Lead Actuary for Product Pricing

The company is seeking an experienced individual to fill a key role in its Actuarial Product Pricing & Development team.
Job DescriptionThe organization operates as part of a well-established financial services group and boasts a strong market presence, built on a commitment to innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing product specifications and ensuring that pricing aligns with internal and regulatory standards. This involves preparing filing documents and responding to queries from the relevant authorities.
Key responsibilities include conducting pricing analysis for individual and group products, developing Excel models and macros for premium generation and profit testing, and supporting system setup for new product launches.
The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Sales, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other key teams.
The selected individual will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest IRDAI regulations and guidelines, contributing to other actuarial functions as needed.
Requirements- Qualified Actuary or nearly qualified actuary with 13-14 papers
