Job Title: Visual Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to expand their skills into eLearning development.

The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and be able to design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.

This role involves collaborating with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing visual elements for eLearning courses and presentations
  • Providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.) to support the visual development of training modules
  • Collaborating with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals
  • Learning and contributing to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
