We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Test Manager to join our Technology organization. As a key member of our VOIS BQA team, you will be responsible for driving test management across various projects and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities- Accountable for end-to-end test management at an IT programme/project level.
- Lead an offshore team of testers working across your project.
- Act as a point of decision around test approach, strategy, and escalation on behalf of programme & portfolio stakeholders.
- Champion continual service improvement across UK IT.
- Expert in testing methodologies, test management, and associated practices.
- Experience working with teams and services.
- Test Management experience across major IT projects & programmes.
- Experience running test programmes involving Retail IT stacks and products.
- Strong technical knowledge of E2E Retail Stack.
- Experience in test automation frameworks and tools as well as driving automated testing's successfully on test programmes.
