Job Title: Interior Designer

Create visually stunning spaces as an Interior Designer. You will collaborate with clients to craft designs that meet their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by owning the sales funnel and delivering results-driven design solutions.
  • Foster exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and project management.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure accurate and timely delivery of design projects.
  • Oversight of end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to completion.
Expertise and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent academic experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver residential projects, with a minimum of 5-6 projects under your belt.
  • Mastery of design tools, including AutoCAD, PPT, and other industry-standard software.
  • Strong knowledge of design concepts, including layout, style, and moodboarding.
  • Technical design expertise, including material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular design skills, encompassing material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil works and services expertise, including specifications and installation details.
  • Ability to create detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise, including logical and trusted sales pitches, driving design meetings, and closing deals.
  • Behavioral attributes, such as result-oriented, team player, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
