Job Title: Data Scientist LeadWe're looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead the development of predictive models and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and AI/ML technologies.About the Role:This is a senior-level position responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML models for various business use cases. You'll work on extracting, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets using SQL and Python. Additionally, you'll apply and experiment with Generative AI techniques for emerging business needs.Responsibilities:
  • AI/ML Model Development: Design and implement AI/ML models for prediction, classification, clustering, and personalization.
  • Data Extraction and Manipulation: Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python.
  • Generative AI Techniques: Apply and experiment with Generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, text generation, summarization, prompt engineering) for emerging business needs.
  • Data Pipelines and Workflows: Build scalable data pipelines and automate data workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Communicate analytical results and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tech Staying Current: Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills:
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joins, and optimization.
  • Machine Learning Algorithms: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data science best practices.
  • Data Handling: Experience handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Generative AI Exposure: Exposure to Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Data Visualization and Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with data visualization tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
