Job Description

You will lead the development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Tech Guidance: Provide technical guidance/best practices and support to the development team.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Lead by example, mentor and coach other developers to strengthen their skills.
  • T-Shaping: Foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team.
  • Security: Have a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions build on the Power Platform.
Add-On: Pune Lead Role
  • Project Management: Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within development team together with Product Owner and Product Architect, to meet expected deliverables.
  • DevOps: Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process with support from the Scrum Master.
  • Process Improvement: Improve DevOps processes, like automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, component libraries etc.
Governance
  • Governance Guardrails: Lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Collaboration: Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization (DAT, Security, Workplace & Identity) to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Governance Plan: Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
Requirements
  • Educational Requirement: Graduate from reputed institute.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications.
  • Experience: 12 – 16 years of relevant experience working Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
