Job Title: Head of Wealth Management

We are seeking an experienced Investment Leader with a strong background in the financial services industry to oversee our team. As a key member, you will provide personalized investment advice to clients and manage their portfolios to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Offer tailored investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Manage clients' investment portfolios and monitor their performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and news, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating them to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality and compliant services for clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Investment Manager in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of generating and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex investment issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

KPIs:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Increase client retention and satisfaction by providing high-quality investment advice and personalized service.
  • Expand client base through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Increase assets under management by effectively managing clients' investment portfolios and growing their wealth.
  • Meet or exceed profitability targets by balancing revenue growth with cost management.
  • Maintain high compliance levels with relevant regulations and internal policies to protect clients' investments.
  • Stay current with market trends and news to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Regularly communicate with clients and provide market updates and performance reports.
  • Increase operational efficiency by utilizing tools and resources to manage clients' portfolios and generate reports.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills by staying current with industry trends, participating in training programs, and obtaining relevant certifications.
