We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze ETL data pipelines across Data Lakes and distributed systems to identify potential issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis using SQL queries, system logs, and monitoring tools to diagnose problems.
- Support microservices-based applications running in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Diagnose and resolve Linux server issues related to disk usage, memory, networking, and permissions.
- Collaborate with DevOps and CloudOps teams on system scaling, performance optimization, and configuration changes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify long-term solutions and enhance system stability.
