**Civil Manager for Steel Industry Projects**

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Manager to lead our steel industry projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, management, and execution.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for all civil works.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with various departments, subcontractors, and vendors.

**Requirements**

  • 8 to 16 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
  • BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Site Supervision: Direct and supervise all on-site civil construction activities.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control system.
  • Safety Management: Ensure strict safety regulations on the construction site.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Manage the project budget and identify cost-saving measures.
  • Contract Management: Administer and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records and prepare regular reports.
