Job Description

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to clients. This includes remotely assisting clients within predefined service level agreements (SLAs); installing and configuring software and hardware, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and adhering to related processes such as change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in the networking domain with foundational and advanced routing/switching skills in the field.
  • Possesses the ability to implement Routing&Switching, SD-WAN, SP, Datacenter related projects.
  • Skilled in creating network documentation LLD and AS-BUILD, SOPs for deployments.
  • Adept at analyzing network needs and contributing to design (Low Level Design), integration, and installation of Network hardware and software.
Key TechnologiesRouting & Switching
  • FHRP, Spanning-tree, Stacking, VSS, VPC.
  • BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static Routing, PBR, VRF, MPLS, DMVPN, GRE Tunnels, Route Redistribution, Summarization, Route filtering, PAT ,NAT, Netflow.
  • Excellent knowledge on L3 routing, VRF & Switching for troubleshooting, implementation and optimizing network deployment.
Data Centre
  • Nexus(VDC, VPCs, FEXs, VxLan).
  • ACI ( Spine and Leaf , APICs, Tenants, VRFs, BDs, EPGs, L2 Outs, L3 Outs, L4-7 services)
SDWAN
  • Configuration and deployment of SD-WAN controllers.
  • Good understanding of SD-Wan components like vSmart Controller,vManage NMS,vBond Orchestrator,vEdge Routers.
  • Implementation of controllers data policies & operations job in field.
  • Implementation of DIA , Dynamic tunnels.
  • Qos deployment.
  • Able to handle SD-wan operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience.
  • Ready to work in Field role.
  • Location: Delhi/NCR.
  • BE/B.Tech degree, MCA or equivalent preferred.
