Occupational Therapist Position

Carely supports families of disabled children and young adults by providing access to structured, ongoing care at home.

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy sessions for clients in their homes on a freelance basis. Session timings will be agreed upon based on your availability and the family's needs.

  • Conduct occupational therapy sessions at the client's residence.
  • Evaluate the child's functional needs and develop personalized therapy goals.
  • Create engaging activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of session progress and share updates with our team.
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with families and provide guidance on implementing therapy strategies at home.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification is required).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children who have disabilities (prior experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with working independently in home environments.

Session frequency and schedule will be discussed during the assignment process. All sessions will be coordinated through Carely, and payments will be made directly by us. This is a freelance/contract position with no fixed monthly hours.
