Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Engineer who has a good understanding of data product lifecycle, standards, and practices.

You will be responsible for building scalable and efficient data solutions to support finance, franchising, and development functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data system availability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains reliable data products that support finance analytics.
  • Develops and implements new technology solutions to improve data reliability and observability.
  • Drives best data engineering practices for pipeline development, data governance, security, and quality across financial datasets.
  • Monitors, troubleshoots, and improves performance and reliability of existing finance data pipeline infrastructure.
  • Evaluates emerging data engineering technologies and trends to meet evolving financial analytics needs.
  • Documents data engineering processes and workflows for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Applies technical data engineering expertise to develop reliable pipelines and improve data quality.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field and deep experience with cloud computing.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and big data ecosystems.
