Job Role : Backend Developer

Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one Python framework, Django or Flask.

- Design, build and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python. Develop RESTful APIs for internal services and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write clean, testable and well-documented code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance and improve existing system functionality.

- Deploy and manage applications using container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

- Implement caching and performance enhancements using Redis.

- Handle asynchronous tasks and job scheduling using Celery or similar tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proficient in relational databases like PostgreSQL and experience with time-series or NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.

- Strong knowledge of Linux-based development and deployment environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.

- Collaborative team mindset and excellent communication skills.
